 A line of valve actuator cylinders is available from Lehigh Fluid Power, Lambertville, NJ. These economically priced cylinders for guided load applications provide Lehigh's famous long-life, highly-reliable service.
Lehigh valve actuator cylinders are offered with all popular mounting styles in 8" through 20" bore sizes. With the exclusive Miracalube® internal lubrication system, these cylinders require virtually no maintenance when used as recommended.
Designed and developed 60 years ago, the Miracalube® internal reservoir system is still the only real self-lube air cylinder system in the world. This unique system meters a specially formulated lubricant through multiple wicks for millions of low breakaway, trouble-free cycles. The lubricant is captured and retained between the center-ribbed piston seals for low friction and fast breakaway.
Readily removable, self-lubed bronze rod bearing offers a grooved design for doubled oil capacity. Abrasive dry startups are eliminated. Lehigh's self-lubrication system is totally enclosed and unlike contaminating air line lubricants, Lehigh's Miracalube® will not mist or atomize and pollute the atmosphere. Being solvent-free, it cannot dissolve seals or fuse lip seals to the tube ID if the piston remains in one position for an extended period of time.
