High Cycle Rates with Improved JHDA Air Motor

    Lehigh Fluid Power, Lambertville, NJ announces an improved version of their Series JHDA10 Air Motor with a higher flow valve permitting up to 150 cycle rates. With a space-saving configuration, the integral valve-in-head construction simplifies installation with only one electrical plug-in connection, eliminating time-consuming splicing, plus only a single air supply line is necessary for complete operation.

    The JHDA10 air motor can now be supplied with the exclusive Miracalube® feature . . . the world's only "real" self-lube, oil-free air cylinder system. A unique internal reservoir meters a specially formulated solvent-free, non-toxic, low-vapor lubricant for less downtime and millions of smooth, low breakaway startups.

    All Series JHDA10 air motors utilize the rugged JHD heavy-duty cylinders with the built-in standard high performance features such as no-rust cartridge brass tubing for extra corrosion and abrasion resistance providing extended seal life; no air line lubrication needed for non-toxic, cleaner operation; flexible cushion seals for instant startups and extended cylinder life. The Series JHDA10 is available in most popular NFPA mounting styles.
