Series 1" Bore Air Cylinders with Exclusive Lehigh Miracalube® Feature

    Lehigh Fluid Power, Lambertville, NJ has announced the design of their JHD10 Series 1" Bore Air Cylinder. With a selection of large rod sizes offered as standard, this small bore series is capable of stroke lengths to 30" or longer. In addition, cushion construction is available for high-speed applications as well as hydraulic service up to 800 PSI.

    The Series JHD10 offers the exclusive Miracalube® feature . . . the world's only "real" self-lube, oil-free air cylinder system. A unique internal reservoir meters a specially formulated solvent-free, non-toxic, low-vapor lubricant for less downtime and millions of smooth, low breakaway startups.

    This series offers as standard many built-in high performance features such as no-rust, non-pitting cartridge brass tubing for extra corrosion and abrasion resistance providing extended seal life; low breakaway piston seals; no air line lubrication needed for non-toxic, cleaner operation; flexible cushion seals for instant startups with smooth, even piston strokes for extended cylinder life. The Series JHD10 is available in most popular NFPA mounting styles.
