Returns
Should you have reason, we welcome your returned Lehigh product for service. Most returns we see are for refurbishing, repair or upgrade for continued service. We also evaluate and repair items under warranty. (See our warranty policy on our Warranty & Terms page.)
If you are returning product, first call Customer Service at (800) 257-9515 for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA #). Then return the product with shipping costs prepaid, referencing the RGA # in the shipment.
When we receive the returned item we will evaluate it at no cost and report the cost of the repair to you or, as happens sometimes, recommend scrapping it accompanied with a quotation for a new item. We then proceed at your direction.
If after 60 days we have not received direction for disposition, we will make best efforts to return the item to the original sender. If that is not practical, we reserve the right to dispose of the product.
